All the information concerning the Witch's Ball 2008 will be kept here.
- This year's C.O.T.E.S. 2008 San Antonio Witch's Ball tickets are being made available on both the COTES website and here. The rescheduling of PPD due to hurricane Ike has changed ticket sale plans just a bit.
- Tickets will be sold via both web sites using Pay Pal as a means to purchase. The receipt from Pay Pal, along with a list that the Ball coordinator is keeping, will be the record used at the door to validate ticket purchases. Since we have printed collector item tickets, the original tickets will be handed out at the door to those who purchased tickets using Pay Pal (if you find Erzulie in person you will get your collector item ticket at the time of purchase).
- There is a limited number of tickets for this event (only 50 tickets will be available on Pay Pal). Once the tickets are sold, the event is locked out. Last night at PNO tickets were already being sold quickly. We suggest you purchase tickets soon if you plan on joining us this year. Based on the request for tickets and the tickets already sold for the Ball, we anticipate tickets will be gone long before Samhain!!!
- The date for the Ball is December 20th and will include a music and dancing to the tunes spun by a DJ, finger foods provide by a caterer, punch and an eclectic ritual at midnight at a beautiful dance hall in San Antonio. The event is an adult only , BYOB formal event. Details will continue to be posted on both websites.
- If you would like to purchase tickets now, you may contact Erzulie, this year's event coordinator, and she will let you know where she will be with tickets as long as she has any left.
- Questions should be directed back to COTES and I will answer you directly or refer them to the appropriate person. We are feeling the momentum already and are having a ball keeping up with the party plans!
- The dress of pagan formal attire, robes, or formal wear is appropriate in addition to masks. Please, understand what you are buying into, the event stays a formal ball.
